We use personal information to deliver contracted security services, to operate and secure the platform, to communicate operational alerts to authorized recipients, and to meet legal, insurance, and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Authorized staff and designated client escalation contacts may receive operational text message alerts — for example, a notification that an officer has not clocked in for a scheduled shift. A phone number is only enrolled after the contact provides it and consents to receive these alerts; an administrator records that consent in the platform. Message frequency varies with operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email, and telecommunications providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, with the client organization a record belongs to, and where required by law.
Records are retained for as long as needed to provide services and satisfy legal and contractual obligations. Access is restricted by role, encrypted in transit, and logged for audit.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to text message alerts at any time by replying STOP or contacting admin@gsic.global.
